Compliance Report

The Compliance report gives you a live view of where every user stands against your required courses. It becomes available automatically once at least one course is set to Required.

Accessing the report

The report is available to Organisation Admins across all users in the subscription and Group Admins with users scoped to their group.

Reading the report

The report displays a row for each user. Columns are organised as follows: Name, Email, Group, Country, Priority, and then one column for each required course. The default view shows all users in the organisation (or group).

Priority column

This gives you a quick read on the most time-sensitive course for each user: for example, 3d overdue or 19d remaining. Use this column to quickly identify who needs attention.

Course columns

Each required course has its own column with a checkbox for each user.

  • An empty checkbox means the course has not been completed.
  • A checked checkbox means the course is complete.

Checkboxes are colour-coded to indicate status at a glance:

Hover over any checkbox to see the exact due state for that user and course, for example 19d remaining or 3d overdue.

Administrator badge

Administrators are identifiable by a small shield badge in the bottom right of their name avatar.

Filtering the report

Several filter options help you focus on what matters.

Status filters limit the courses shown to a specific time window:

  • All courses (default)
  • Due in 30 days
  • Due in 1 week
  • Overdue

These filters work at the course level, not the user level. A user with four required courses may only have one course that falls within the selected window. Only the checkboxes for matching courses are shown.

Additional filters:

  • Hide all complete - excludes users who have completed all their required courses.
  • Hide administrators - excludes administrators from the view.

Quick search

Type any part of a name, email address, or group name to filter the grid instantly. This is the fastest way to look up an individual user or check the status of a specific group.

Column filters

The Name, Email, Group, and Country columns all support direct filtering. Filter by Country to see only users in a specific region, or by Group to focus on a particular team. Combine these with the status filters to narrow the view further.

Exporting the report

Select Export CSV to download the current view as a CSV file. The export reflects what you are viewing, including any filters you have applied. To export a specific subset of data, set your filters first and then export.
